SELECTION PROCESS OF BANK

SELECTION IN BANK,BANK ENTRANCE EXAM

To get a job in bank, the applicant has to complete the following selection procedure and must follow the basic requirement

QUALIFICATION 

The candidate must be a citizen of India(bharat).must be completed his/her graduation or any equivalent degree from a recognized university recognized by government of india . The graduation degree is require to apply for the post of clerk in bank  . The specialist degree like CS/CA/MBA/B.COM/BBA(BANKING AND INSURANCE)/LAW ETC degree according to the kind of work . reserved category also get special benefit in selection process. 

A WRITTEN TEST AND INTERVIEW IS TAKEN IN THE SELECTION PROCESS

Written Examination

 Anyone with the least age of 18 years and maximum of 25 years having the required degree is eligible for appearing in the written test. The written test is a 120 minutes  paper. It comprises of both objective as well as subjective type questions. In this  process comprehension and expression of the candidate is check  in the descriptive section of the written paper. The objective part contain  GENERAL AWARENESS (GA) , QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE(QA) ,  REASONING , ENGLISH. The objective questions play a very important role in deciding the candidate  knowledge about various  important things like  management of time , understanding level, thinking , view, etc. and point of views of the candidate. Interview

The candidates who qualifies  the written test are selected for the second step which is interview . The value of interview  100 marks. The candidate is judged by  Interview Board. The candidate is scored and judged on the basis of  way or style  of talking,  personality or appearance  and smartness when he or she 
 talks,  intelligence is also check on the basis of answer .If he/she fulfill all requirement for the job then he/she get the job in bank.
